30-day returns & refunds

We accept eligible furniture returns for any reason. Your return window lasts at least 30 days, starting seven days after shipment or on delivery, whichever is later. Requests made within that window remain eligible even if the return arrives afterward.

Holiday purchases

Eligible purchases made October 1–December 31 can be returned through January 31 of the following year, or the end of your standard return window, whichever is later.

Start a return

Use the form below with your ANJIESENG order reference, order email and SKU. Tell us if an item arrived damaged, incorrect or incomplete so we can arrange appropriate handling. Photos can help resolve these issues but are not a condition of accepting an eligible return.

Return shipping

We provide a prepaid label or arrange the appropriate freight return instructions within 48 hours of your request. There are no return shipping or restocking fees. Please use the return address and carrier instructions provided for your order.

Preparing furniture

Include all supplied parts and accessories. Furniture that requires assembly must be fully disassembled and securely repackaged for the carrier. Please keep the original packaging where possible and contact us if you need help preparing an oversized or multi-box return.

Your refund

For an eligible tracked return, we initiate the refund to your original payment method when the carrier first scans the returned shipment. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears. No payment is collected by the current order-review form; an unpaid order can be cancelled without a refund transaction.
